Rather than simply producing deliverables, I partnered across departments to define visual languages that connected purpose with perception, strengthened culture, and elevated internal and external experiences.

In‑house creative leadership demands both internal alignment and external thinking — ensuring that design not only looks cohesive, but works hard to connect people to meaning, purpose, and experience. Across these projects, I art‑directed, managed multidisciplinary execution, and ensured consistency across touchpoints — from event branding to internal initiatives — helping ION’s creative voice land with clarity, intent, and impact.
